My delicious corn bread dressing! |
I learned this recipe from one of my coworker and a tradition for my family Thanksgiving feast since.Taste so much better than the store bought. I cheated a little by using the corn kits mix from the grocery store. Make sure you don't use the sweet kind cornbread mix like Jiff. The secret is the poultry seasoning ,chicken broth, lots of celery and onions.

Taste it and adjust the seasoning. Add beaten eggs and mix throughly. Cover with foil and bake it for 35 minutes, remove the foil to brown the top and bake it for additional 10 minutes until a nice golden crust is formed on top.
